Analometer™ Return Policy

We will gladly give a full refund on the purchase of your Analometer™ with your receipt and authenticable packing slip, provided it is received within 14-days (unconditional) or 90-days (material defect). After 90 days, you may still submit the thermometer for warranty repair, but you will not be entitled to a refund. You may be entitled to an exchange for same-or-better product if the cost of repair exceeds replacement value at our discretionary measurements.

Returned items need not be unused or in original packaging, but must contain all items shipped with the product:

  • Internal thermometer device, AND
  • Wrist strap readout, OR keychain/fob device,
  • Owner’s manual,
  • Receipt of purchase with invoice number and final sale price (original only, no reproductions).

Returned products taken back in to inventory may be resold as “refurbished” upon inspection and satisfactory testing and rinse-sanitization. In some cases, when advanced scrubbing is performed on repaired items, they may be resold as “new.”

In order to return your product, please contact us first through the CONTACT page to alert us to the return. You will be given a return authorization number, shipping address and instructions. You may be asked for your invoice number, shipping address or initial billing details at this time to confirm eligibility, so please have them handy.

If it is necessary to return the product, we hope that you will complete our easy 3-minute survey online to help us understand what it was about our thermometer that was not to your liking. Without feedback from customers like you it’s hard for us to make improvements.
