Technical Support – Having trouble getting your devices to sync? Need someone to explain the finer features of the thermometer system? Once you’ve gone through your manual and still have problems, we’re glad to help.

Serious pain or injury – While we welcome your letter, we do strongly advise that you first consult with a licensed medic, physician or non-veterinary hospital. In rare cases internal bleeding may occur and your health is among our primary concerns.

Product Accolades – If you have a success story or testimonial, we’d love to hear about it! (Please note we may add these to our site and/or promotional materials.)

Return Request – Although we are extremely confident that you will enjoy years of flawless service from our product, we understand that it isn’t exactly for everyone. If you need to return your product, please send us an email based on the information required from the RETURNS page and we’ll help you get the process started.

Warranty Repair – In rare cases when a product fails to live up to its long expected lifespan, we have customer service reps on hand to troubleshoot by email, or help you arrange for mail-in repair of your thermometer system.

Be sure to use a valid email address, as our system may or may not send out a validation email. If you receive one, be sure to follow the validation link to confirm you message.
